"I can't find the perfect words to tell y'all how wonderful Sylvia Villuendas is. She was an angel from Heaven in a very hard time in our life. My son was in a car accident, and we needed to help him file a claim.
I went to Pete Dever, State Farm office and spoke with Sylvia Villuendas she didn't just advise me on what I needed to do, she was there every step of the claim process, making sure everything was done right. At times, she was on hold for hours with the other insurance, helping us so I could take my son to his doctor's appointment.
Never have I met someone so professional, knowledgeable, and treated us like family.
